Old Blog Post 5! Taekwondo week 2!

Well, after last weeks horrible experience of vomiting in my hands, i can safely say i was more than slightly nervous about this weeks lesson of taekwondo, hurriedly filling up my DP bottle with water and jittering the car journey away with semi comprehensible gibbering.

I was the first there, and as i went up with another adult, i frantically shifted from foot to foot, hoping the class would arrive asap.

However, after all that worrying, the lesson went suprisingly well! The grueling warm-up, still painful, was not as hurtful as last week's, with the time passing slightly quicker, during the excercises. The learning of the patterns was, personally, favourite part, though i did mess up a few(lot) times.
We then moved to the "bags" as the teacher reffered to them, kicking and punching a plastic rectangle filled with...something... while another held it.
That hurt.
Not the holding as you'd think, but the relentless side kicking/punching.
I even have a bruise! (see labels... I think)
After that we stretched out, and the lesson ended, after which i went out to join my mother in the car for a rendition of "Jar of Hearts" by Christina Perry
... Weird, but you should be used to that by now.
And with that. The post concludes!
...*collapses*....
